Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: April 2026. Last updated: May 2026.
This policy describes refund and cancellation rights for products offered by ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U70200HR2026PTC145066) under the payd24 brand. It is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
PayDay loans (LSP product)
Loans are issued by RBI-licensed NBFC partners; payd24 acts only as the Lending Service Provider. Cancellation rights are governed by the RBI Master Direction on Digital Lending, 2022:
- Cooling-off period: you may cancel a sanctioned loan at any time before disbursement without penalty.
- Foreclosure / prepayment: the loan can be foreclosed at any time after disbursement with no prepayment penalty. You will save the unaccrued interest from the date of foreclosure.
- LSP facilitation fee: any LSP fee charged at disbursement is non-refundable once the loan is funded, since the corresponding service has been rendered.
₹99 — Score Report
- 100% refund if we do not deliver your report within 24 hours of successful payment.
- No refund after report delivery, since the bureau pull and report-generation cost are non-recoverable.
₹999 — Consultation
- 100% refund if we do not schedule and hold your consultation within 7 days of booking.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 12 hours before the slot.
- 50% refund if you cancel within 12 hours of the slot (because the advisor's time is blocked).
- No refund after the consultation is held, since the action plan is generated immediately afterwards.
₹2,999 — Settlement Execution
- 100% refund if a Chartered Accountant is not assigned to your case within 48 hours of POA eSign.
- 70% refund if you cancel before any creditor-side
AGREEMENT_SIGNEDmilestone — earned milestones to the CA are honoured. - No refund after
AGREEMENT_SIGNED, since the substantive negotiation work has been completed. - Service guarantee: if all listed creditors reject negotiation despite good-faith CA attempts, we refund 100% (less the on-assign milestone) and provide an analysis report.
How to request a refund
- Email refunds@payd24.com from your registered email address, or use the in-app refund request flow, with your order ID.
- We acknowledge within 4 hours during office hours and process within 5 business days.
- Refunds reverse to the original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking). Refund settlements depend on the issuing bank's timelines, typically 5–7 business days.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the refund decision, please raise the issue with our Grievance Redressal Officer — see the Grievance Redressal policy. You may also escalate to the RBI Ombudsman if the matter relates to a loan product.
