Most Indians are first-generation credit users. They face two problems: the credit market doesn't see them clearly, and when they do get credit, the terms are buried under jargon. payd24 is a Lending Service Provider that fixes both — we use modern data to assess credit fairly, work with RBI-licensed NBFC partners to fund the loans, and lay every charge out on the Key Fact Statement so there are no surprises.
We don't lend on our own balance sheet.
Loans are issued by RBI-licensed NBFC partners. payd24 is the Lending Service Provider per the RBI Master Direction on Digital Lending, 2022. Money flows directly between you and the lender — never through us.
Privacy by default.
Aadhaar last-4 + a one-way hash only. PAN encrypted at rest. DPDP Act 2023-compliant from day one. We delete what we don't need to keep.
No FLDG, no recovery harassment.
We do not provide a Default Loss Guarantee on these loans. Recovery follows the RBI Fair Practices Code — calls only between 07:00 and 19:00 IST, no employer or family contact, ever.
