Senior Software Engineer (Backend)
Engineering · Bengaluru · hybrid
You'll own modules end-to-end — schema, service, API, tests. We use Fastify, Prisma, Postgres, BullMQ, Zod, TypeScript. Code is reviewed in tight loops with the founder.
- 5+ yrs production backend, ideally in fintech / lending / payments.
- Comfortable with double-entry ledgers, idempotency, webhooks.
- Cares about regulatory clarity (RBI DLG, DPDP) and writes about it in PRs.
Operations & Collections Lead
Operations · Bengaluru · in-office
You'll set up our collections cascade, vendor management for the eSign / KYC / payment partners, and the daily reconciliation discipline. Strong NBFC operations background.
- 4+ yrs in NBFC / fintech operations, ideally short-tenure unsecured.
- Familiar with RBI Fair Practices Code and recent DLG circulars.
- Excel + SQL fluent; comfortable building dashboards from raw ledger.
NBFC Partnerships
Business · Bengaluru · field-heavy
You'll grow the NBFC partner network past N1+N2 to a 5+ partner waterfall. Negotiate FLDG terms, integration timelines, partner economics.
- Existing relationships in the NBFC LO / LSP partnerships ecosystem.
- Negotiated co-lending or LSP arrangements before; can read a term sheet.
- Comfortable being the bridge between business, compliance, and engineering.
