Service Delivery Policy
Effective date: April 2026. Last updated: May 2026.
ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U70200HR2026PTC145066) delivers all products electronically. No physical goods are shipped. This page sets out the channel and timeline for each service so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
1. PayDay loan (LSP product)
- Offer: instant — typically within 60 seconds of submitting your loan application, once KYC has been completed.
- Key Fact Statement (KFS): delivered in-app and by email immediately upon offer; available for download as a PDF for the lifetime of the loan.
- Signed loan agreement: delivered to your in-app inbox and email within 5 minutes of Aadhaar eSign completion.
- Disbursement: typically within one hour of successful mandate registration, into the bank account you have provided. Cut-off and settlement timing depend on the NBFC partner's payment rails (NEFT / IMPS).
- Disbursement reference (UTR): displayed on the loan detail page and emailed within 30 minutes of disbursement.
2. Credit Assist — ₹99 Score Report
- Bureau pull: initiated within minutes of payment, subject to the bureau's response time.
- Report delivery: within 24 hours of successful payment, delivered as a PDF to your registered email and on WhatsApp, and accessible from the in-app dashboard.
- If we miss this SLA: 100% refund per the refund policy.
3. Credit Assist — ₹999 Consultation
- Slot booking: available calendar slots are shown in-app at payment; you may also pick a slot within 7 days post-payment.
- Consultation: held over secure video or phone within 7 days of booking.
- Action-plan PDF: emailed within 48 hours of the consultation.
- If we miss either SLA: 100% refund per the refund policy.
4. Credit Assist — ₹2,999 Settlement Execution
- CA assignment: a Chartered Accountant from our empanelled list is assigned to your case within 48 hours of Power-of-Attorney eSign.
- Initial case plan: delivered within 5 business days of assignment.
- Ongoing updates: at least once every 7 business days, until the case is closed (either by settlement or by exhaustion of negotiation).
- Closure documents: No-Objection Certificate (NOC) / settlement letter from each creditor delivered within 5 business days of receipt by us.
- If we miss the assignment SLA: 100% refund per the refund policy.
5. Communication channels
Service delivery happens through:
- In-app: the payd24 mobile app and the payd24.com web dashboard.
- Email: to your registered email address.
- WhatsApp / SMS: for status updates only (no sensitive data).
6. No physical shipping
We do not ship physical goods. No courier, no delivery address, no tracking number. All services are digital.
7. What happens if delivery fails
If you do not receive the service within the SLA above, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For any issue not covered, please contact our Grievance Redressal Officer per the Grievance Redressal policy.
