Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website payd24.com, the payd24 mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India under CIN U70200HR2026PTC145066 (“payd24”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing the Services, creating an account, or paying for any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About us
ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is a fintech company offering credit advisory services and operating as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) for RBI-regulated Non-Banking Financial Company (“NBFC”) partners under the Reserve Bank of India (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025 and the RBI Master Direction on Digital Lending, 2022. For every loan offered through the Services, the lender of record is the NBFC partner and is clearly disclosed to you on the Key Fact Statement (KFS) before any loan agreement is executed.

2. Eligibility
By using the Services you represent that you:
- are at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
- are a resident citizen of India;
- possess a valid PAN, Aadhaar, and an active Indian mobile number;
- are using the Services in your own name and for your own benefit, and are not impersonating any person or entity.
3. Our products
3.1 PayDay loans
Short-tenure (15–45 day) unsecured personal loans of ₹1,000 to ₹50,000, issued by RBI-licensed NBFC partners. payd24 acts only as the LSP — facilitating the application, KYC, eSign, mandate registration, and repayment collection on behalf of the NBFC. All loan terms (interest, fees, APR, tenure, due date) are disclosed in the Key Fact Statement which you must accept before the loan agreement is eSigned.
3.2 Credit Assist tiers
- ₹99 — Score Report: we pull your credit bureau report with your explicit consent and deliver a structured PDF report with personalised recommendations. Refundable in full if not delivered within 24 hours of payment.
- ₹999 — Consultation: a 30-minute video or phone consultation with a credit advisor, plus a written action plan delivered as a PDF. Refundable in full if the consultation is not held within 7 days of booking.
- ₹2,999 — Settlement Execution: a Chartered Accountant from our empanelled list negotiates with your creditors on your behalf under a limited Power of Attorney that you eSign. Outcomes are not guaranteed; we use our best efforts. Refund policy varies by case stage — see the refund policy.

4. Promises we do NOT make
- We do not promise loan approval, a specific score increase, or a specific settlement amount.
- We do not remove legitimate adverse entries from your credit bureau report.
- We do not offer any product that guarantees returns or capital protection.
- Any claim by anyone — including someone purporting to represent payd24 — that they can “guarantee” a loan approval, score increase, or settlement outcome must be reported to us at fraud@payd24.com.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current identifying information.
- Do not impersonate another person or use stolen identities, PAN, Aadhaar, or bank account details.
- Do not use the Services to commit fraud, money laundering, terror financing, or any other illegal activity.
- Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Read the KFS in full before accepting any loan offer. Once accepted, the offer is binding.
6. Payments and fees
Payments are processed by our payment aggregator partners on standard PCI-DSS compliant rails. payd24 does not store your card / UPI / netbanking credentials directly. Refer to our pricing page for an itemised view of all fees, and to our refund policy for cancellation and refund rights.
7. Consents
By using the Services you grant payd24 the consents needed to:
- pull your credit information report from RBI-licensed Credit Information Companies (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF);
- fetch your bank-statement data via the Account Aggregator framework (only when you explicitly grant AA consent through Sahamati-empanelled AAs);
- perform identity verification through licensed eKYC partners;
- communicate with you on WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone for service updates, regulatory disclosures, and repayment reminders.
You may revoke any consent at any time via your account settings; revocation does not affect lawful processing already performed and may impact our ability to deliver the Services.
8. Recovery and Fair Practices
Where you have an active loan with our NBFC partner, recovery follows the RBI Fair Practices Code:
- Calls only between 07:00 and 19:00 IST.
- No contact with your employer, family members, or references — they will never be contacted for collection.
- No threats, abuse, or impersonation. All collection staff are identified and recorded.
- Any harassment must be reported to grievance@payd24.com.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the payd24 Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the payd24 name and marks — is the property of ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
10. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or unauthorised use, or if required by law or by our NBFC partners' risk policies. Where you have an active loan, suspension does not extinguish your repayment obligations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid payd24 for the relevant product (Credit Assist tier or LSP facilitation fee) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and NBFC partners from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third party right.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
14. Grievance Redressal
For any complaints, please write to our Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance@payd24.com. Detailed escalation and SLA are set out in our Grievance Redressal policy.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the Grievance Redressal process above, all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
