Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website payd24.com, the payd24 mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India under CIN U70200HR2026PTC145066 (“payd24”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing the Services, creating an account, or paying for any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is a fintech company offering credit advisory services and operating as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) for RBI-regulated Non-Banking Financial Company (“NBFC”) partners under the Reserve Bank of India (Digital Lending) Directions, 2025 and the RBI Master Direction on Digital Lending, 2022. For every loan offered through the Services, the lender of record is the NBFC partner and is clearly disclosed to you on the Key Fact Statement (KFS) before any loan agreement is executed.

3.1 PayDay loans

Short-tenure (15–45 day) unsecured personal loans of ₹1,000 to ₹50,000, issued by RBI-licensed NBFC partners. payd24 acts only as the LSP — facilitating the application, KYC, eSign, mandate registration, and repayment collection on behalf of the NBFC. All loan terms (interest, fees, APR, tenure, due date) are disclosed in the Key Fact Statement which you must accept before the loan agreement is eSigned.

Payments are processed by our payment aggregator partners on standard PCI-DSS compliant rails. payd24 does not store your card / UPI / netbanking credentials directly. Refer to our pricing page for an itemised view of all fees, and to our refund policy for cancellation and refund rights.

You may revoke any consent at any time via your account settings; revocation does not affect lawful processing already performed and may impact our ability to deliver the Services.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the payd24 Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the payd24 name and marks — is the property of ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

10. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or unauthorised use, or if required by law or by our NBFC partners' risk policies. Where you have an active loan, suspension does not extinguish your repayment obligations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid payd24 for the relevant product (Credit Assist tier or LSP facilitation fee) in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADVIJJ FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and NBFC partners from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third party right.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Grievance Redressal

For any complaints, please write to our Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance@payd24.com. Detailed escalation and SLA are set out in our Grievance Redressal policy.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the Grievance Redressal process above, all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
